Our Story
Tisicks was founded in 2019 by a group of financial professionals who recognized a critical gap in Ghana's financial services sector. While banks focused on loans and investments, nobody was helping everyday salary earners optimize their monthly finances and build sustainable savings.
Our founders, having worked in major financial institutions across Accra and Kumasi, witnessed firsthand how even well-educated professionals struggled with basic financial management. Despite earning good salaries, many found themselves living paycheck to paycheck, unable to build meaningful savings or prepare for emergencies.
Starting from a small office in Tamale, we began developing practical, culturally-relevant financial planning strategies specifically designed for Ghanaian salary earners. We pioneered the integration of mobile money solutions with traditional banking, created automated savings systems that work with irregular income patterns, and developed educational programs that demystify personal finance.
